 Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note that Pick of the Litter (POTL) items take additional time as they are pre-orders with set ship dates.

Teddy's Return & Exchange Paw-licies

  • Unwashed Teddy products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your order.
  • *Pick of the Litter, Custom and Clearance items are eligible only for exchanges or store credit
  • Please have your Order ID # (see your confirmation email or packing slip) on hand when contacting us
  • Pick of the Litter items do not ship right away. Click here for details.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. We begin processing once we receive your item
  • If we sent you the wrong item or size, our sincerest a-paw-logies! Get in touch so we can right our wrong
  • Every Teddy package has a tracking number that's included in your shipping confirmation email 
  • If the postal service shows your package was delivered to your shipping address but you cannot locate it, contact your local carrier/post office or USPS/UPS.  Once we ship and the shipping carrier confirms delivery, it's truly out of our hands. We are happy to provide you with any information you might need to file your claim with the carrier that confirmed delivery of your order
  • If your package cannot be delivered or is refused upon delivery, you will be charged the return shipping fee as well as a 10% re-stocking fee 
  • For a small fee we can send your package via Certified Mail (required signature upon delivery). To arrange this, contact [email protected]
  • We can only accept items purchased direct from oldtimbertradingco.com since independent retail stores have their own return policies and records of purchases.
  • Once we process your return and you would like a refund, you will receive an email with the refunded amount. The refund takes up a couple of days to go back into your bank account.
  • If you received a Teddy item as a gift and have the email address or name of the person who purchased your gift, we can do some detective work and we'll work with you on getting things sorted out. The gift giver will never know :)
  • Have a hiccup? Don't get your tail in a twist. We can edit your order up to 12 hours after you place it. Just have your people contact my people at [email protected] or (+48)527085958 x 1.

How do I set up a return or exchange? 

  • Have your Order ID # handy when contacting [email protected]
  • Once your return is approved, include your Order ID in your package that includes the item(s) you are sending back to us
  • While you cover shipping back to us, we cover shipping fees for anything we're sending back to you
  • We recommend you mail packages via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx 
  • oldtimbertradingco is not responsible for packages sent via a non-traceable carrier that we do not receive
  • We cannot accept C.O.D returns
